I love going to Ariel. She has been doing my hair for years. We always begin with a quick consult and talk about what I want done and what works best for me. She makes sure I am comfortable before we begin. Then, she goes above and beyond to make sure I walk out happy with the results. She pays attention to every detail of the service from the moment you sit down. It takes a long time to process my hair and even so, Ariel gives the best results. I am so happy I can see her at Hair Spot NYC. Hair Spot is clean and well-lit. The staff is friendly and professional. It was also easy to make an appointment online. Looking forward to my next visit!

I am absolutely thrilled with my hair , Process was absolutely spectacular. The initial consult was spent learning about my goal and concern. I was asked many questions to ensure we were on the same page . As part of the consult, I was told about expected # of appointments to achieve my hair goal, timing of each appointment, and cost of the services so there was no surprises. The appointment flew by, because I was having so much fun , everyone was so friendly and upbeat. Sky did and incredible job on the haircut and color, it came out even better than I could have imagined, better than what I was hoping for! It has been a day now since the appointment and I cannot stop staring at it. The salon itself is extremely clean and tidy

Great new location, clean, modern and eye appealing! Banny has cut my hair since I was 20 years old, now 57 years old. So, it's safe that I can call him, "Grandpa". Just kidding. I have straight hair which a lot of hair stylist today do not know how to cut and style with precision like Banny. Throughout the years, I have followed Banny because no one cuts my hair like he does! My husband has his haircut done by him as well. Whats great about this place, all of the hair stylists get along. Great team! Lots of fun and laughs! All the best to everyone at your new place!
